1  Terms of Service (Client Agreement)

1.1  Effective Date

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are effective as of the date you first purchase or schedule any AddMoreJoy Coaching service (the “Effective Date”).

1.2  Definitions

·         “Coach,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to AddMoreJoy Coaching, operated by ____________.

·         “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual purchasing or participating in any coaching service.

·         “Services” means one‑to‑one sessions, group programs, digital materials, and any related offerings provided by the Coach.

1.3  Scope of Services

The Coach agrees to provide coaching focused on fitness, mindset, and lifestyle habits, delivered online via Zoom or similar platforms. Exact session frequency, duration, and objectives are outlined in the onboarding email and may change by mutual agreement.

1.4  Client Responsibilities

·         Obtain medical clearance before starting.

·         Attend scheduled sessions on time, prepared, and free from distractions.

·         Complete agreed upon action items between sessions.

·         Communicate honestly about goals, limitations, and health changes.

1.5  Fees & Payment

All fees are listed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in advance via Stripe, PayPal, Gumroad, or another approved processor. Services are non‑refundable once delivered, except where required by law.

1.6  Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours may be forfeited at the Coach’s discretion. Packages expire 12 months after the purchase date.

1.7  No Guarantees

Results depend on individual effort and circumstances. The Coach makes no warranties regarding specific outcomes.

1.8  Health Disclaimer

Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to exercise or nutrition.

1.9  Intellectual Property

All materials provided remain the Coach’s intellectual property. You receive a personal, non‑transferable license for your own use and may not reproduce or distribute materials without written consent.

1.10  Confidentiality

We will not disclose your personal information without consent except as required by law. Sessions may be recorded only with mutual agreement.

1.11  Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Coach’s liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the Client for Services in the preceding three‑month period.

1.12  Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Parties will attempt to resolve disputes through good‑faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Alberta, Canada before resorting to litigation. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

1.13  Modifications

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on our website. Continued use of Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2  Privacy Policy

2.1  Information We Collect

·         Health and lifestyle data voluntarily provided during coaching intake.

·         Payment information processed securely via third‑party platforms (we do not store full card details).

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share information only with: - Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Gumroad). - Email service providers (ConvertKit) for essential communications. - Authorities when required by law.
